General Description

The figure shows a general diagram of the Operative System Support (OSS) for convergent platforms and/or of next generation NGN Manager Suite, in which the support processes flow can be understood to be integrated in the management of telecommunications operator.




The main level of this architecture is the RESOURCE layer, where all devices and equipment that conform the physical network of the operator (telephony switches, routers, servers, ATM switches, filters, gatekeepers, etc). 

In the next layer the MEDIATION agents are implemented, which permit the standardized communication between the operative support PROCESSES and the operator RESOURCES.

Thanks to the special characteristics of design and architecture of tools (JAVA agents), the system can be access with TCP/IP and/or WEB interfaces, achieving that any telecommunication operator can centralize his operating processes, routing the Management Nodes from and to Data Center (own or external) as the graphic shows, performing a 100% e-business environment.
